This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Due to covid and shelter in place rules our students were not able to have interactive science labs to learn hand on. Labs are one of the most crucial components of science and what makes it so fun. Labs help students who learn things hands on rather than by just reading about it. With the kits that I requested I want show my students the concepts that are harder to visualize like cells or climate change. This way we can make science more inclusive for all especially students who are English language learners.
