This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Creating a safe and educational environment in the classroom is a big part of how students and teachers start their days together. Being able to be here for these children has grown on me and made me realize how precious children are and what they are exposed to matters. Donors are appreciated so much by so many and the items in this wish list will be used very wisely.

In science class, there is always room for new materials and fun ways to educate the kids about our big blue and green world!

There is this perfect rug I have chosen for the jungle book corner we will have in our room where the kids can sit and read books when they have free time or recess. During science time, we learn about our oceans, lakes, and rivers and the various animals in those ecosystems and the blue ocean light will create such a unique and interactive experience when learning these topics. My favorite materials chosen have to be the human body part wall stickers that are big enough for the kids to read from and to learn from. These stickers are so amazing to me because, children need to learn about themselves and our muscles, bones, and digestive system. Understanding our natural world, as well as our own bodies can surely help the scholars understand we are all so amazing! Life on this diverse planet is such a beautiful thing to witness and these children are growing to be so ambitious even if there is a need for educational support where we are located. Together, we can move this world where it needs to go. The next generation of scholars are in our classrooms! All of our future's are bright! Thank you for making it so much brighter!
