This is my third year teaching Kindergarten in North Carolina. I have had a blast teaching but wish I had more materials for the students to use when studying Science. I feel like Science is not taught as much as some of the other subjects. I want to change that in my classroom. In order to help teach more science, I am asking for a set of "Science Instant Learning Centers". These centers help students to explore hands-on activities independently. The kit includes 8 different topics: The Five Senses, Life Cycles, Magnets, My Body, Nutrition, Plants, Weather and Seasons, and Color Mixing. The kits are aligned with our standard course of study. The kits are very hands-on. They include picture activity cards with kid-friendly directions. They also include wipe-off cards so that many students can perform the activities. There are also stamps, real pictures, magnets, charts, and much more in each kit. The kits come with all the materials already included. These kits will really help to spark more interest in science. It will also provide four kindergarten classrooms with hands-on activities to help students explore. Thanks in advance for your donation!!
