This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My K-4 students will participate in science experiments and STEM lessons and collaborate with one another during project-based learning (PBL) time. They will make model homes for animals, model roller coasters, test stability, grow plants, and so much more!

Students will have fun learning the North Carolina science standards and build confidence in presenting their completed projects.

The embryology project is everyone's favorite. Students watch the process from an incubator in our classroom while studying each stage of the chicks' lives. Scholars will make model chicken coops to welcome the baby chicks. Thank you for your continued support!
