This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are naturally curious and full of questions about our garden. While we have been spending time planting in our garden, we would like to bring our garden curiosities indoors to learn even more. This project will allow our students to look more closely at garden phenomena. Students will have an opportunity to see insects up close and see how roots grow differently. Unfortunately, we lack many of the basic materials needed to bring science to life. This project will provide essential science supplies and kits to turn our classroom into a hub of scientific inquiry.
