Beyond the potential scientific breakthroughs, learning science has individual benefits, such as developing our ability to ask questions, collect information, organize and test our ideas, solve problems, and apply what we know.
Science offers a powerful platform for building confidence, developing communication skills, and making sense of the world around us, a world increasingly shaped by science and technology.
Hands-on science encourages children to do something—observe, ask questions, touch, smell, and experiment. I am requesting the STEM Starter Kit Balloon Cars to challenge my students to create simple machines using the engineering design process. The STEM kits will allow the students to build items using engineering skills. The force and motion kit is going to teach the students how the two concepts connect to one another.
