This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My TK and Kindergarten students are full of energy and motivation to learn new things. They especially love science and observing the world around them. At this age, the world has so much for them to explore. Since many of my students are English language learners they learn with hands-on materials and visuals.

These science kits and visuals will be strengthening the future scientists and engineers in my class.

Looking at insects’ life cycles and watching matter change will help them to figure out how tomorrow's challenges will be solved. We can't help learning with the new tools we will be using and understanding how things work. These kits with real life experiences will help to expand their language and report their findings of observations.
