This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are the most passionate group I have had the fortune of working with. I work in a rural community where our students' motivation to learn and a sense of pride in their community make for an uplifting school family. They come to school ready to face whatever obstacles that come their way!

We are a learning community serving a diverse group of students in our high desert community!

We are a free lunch school and offer k-8th grade studies. Everyone knows everyone's name!

My Project

Due to Covid, we will not have a science fair this year, and these materials will make it possible to have a class science fair. These kits can be used at home should go back to online learning. They have so many options to create meaningful projects.

These science kits provide hands-on learning that can happen anywhere!

It has several STEM project options. They can explore many areas of science. Projects include everything from earth science to physics!

This is a great chance to keep the learning going during the pandemic!
