Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The tools requested will assist student in making high end products and feel empowered by using tools trade professionals use.
The magnetic stirrer that will be accessible for student use and teacher demonstrations in science class.
This will help the teacher and students effectively prepare chemicals for lab and assist in exploratory learning with various types of liquid mixtures.
The laser engraver bed is flat and has a ruler which will allow students to accurately align wood, and get multiple copies of an end product consistently. It also has clips that will hold the wood pieces flat and still for a final cut that will be accurate and clean.
The final item is a Cricut tool set to be used with the Cricut cutting machine. These tools will allow them to accurately access their shapes, letters, and numbers without damaging the end product and thus wasting time and materials.
