My Students

I teach kindergarten in a high poverty area and most of my students have never even been to preschool. With budget cuts, we don't have the money to buy the basic supplies that young children need to make learning fun.

My students are so excited about school, and I want to give them every resource possible to foster their love of learning.

Though they may face challenges at home, they come in every day smiling and ready to learn. Please help us reach our goal! Thank you for your time and support!

My Project

With budget cuts, there is no money to buy quality literature for my classroom. Our library has older books that are not appropriate for kindergarten, so I am constantly searching for meaningful books to introduce my lessons. These books would mean so much to my students and will really enrich their education.

Please help us bring science and social studies to life!

Books help make learning exciting and meaningful. Many of my students don't have books at home, so they get so excited when it's time to read. These books will be used for many years to come to enrich my classroom curriculum!
