This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are amazing kids. Every day they work hard to learn new things and develop new skills both in English and Spanish. I am so proud of their efforts. My school is a dual immersion in Spanish, and I see how much work the kids put on learning content in both languages. They are challenged to read, write, listen, and speak in a bilingual context. Eighty percent of my class comes with a Hispanic background, and we bring all cultures together to learn from each other. We celebrate our efforts and challenge each other to always reach a little higher.

My Project

Amazing materials for science education my students need along with items for direct instruction for universal lessons for the entire classroom! Such a great thing to have easels and amazing materials. This is exactly what we need to have anchor charts posted and materials for my students. Science is such a hard thing to have around and these materials are just what we need to cover the content for third grade. Please help us out with science items to my students. Hands on things to get science going for all.
