This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Over the past year or so, I have borrowed some really great books from the public library to share with my students. I would love to make them a permanent part of my classroom for students to access at any time.

Students need up to date, culturally relevant books that are specific to our content.

This list could use many more titles, but here are a few that I have found to be very interesting to students.

These books will be used as stations during certain lessons, as research materials, and for intervention and leisure reading.
