My Project
My students in IB Biology have several labs for the human body but we don't have the basic tools we need to complete them. We have done online simulations, but I find it just isn't the same as when the kids are able to do these measurements in real life on real people.
The goniometers and blood pressure monitors will allow students to create and carry out their own labs and collect data which they can then analyze in small lab groups.
Having access to these allows them to do hands on STEM learning and pique interest in future careers in science and medicine.
