Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

When we begin the school year their are a lot of supplies needed for my classroom to make it inviting and easy for my students to find their materials and help them in their literacy. Headphones are needed for each individual student when they are on their iPad during a test or down time. It helps to not disturb the student next to them. Animal books, CVC activity worksheets and the decodable books will assist in their literacy education. The desk calendar will help us to stay on top of the day to day activities and plans. The lanyards will be for each child to keep their lunch ID in. The water proof name tags will be used for their job chart and who is in school who is at home chart. Lastly the regular name tags will go on the back of each students chair so they know where to sit.
