This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergarten students are from diverse backgrounds. For many students, this is their first experience in school. More than a third of my class are new to the United States and just learning the English language. We are a Title 1 school, so funds are limited.
To differentiate instruction for every student, we work in small group centers every day.
The storage cart will help organize our center materials. The colorful markers and dry erase markers help motivate students and engage them in the center activities. The students will love writing in the colorful journals. When the center items are laminated, they last multiple years. The binders will help us organize, as well!
