School Supplies!!

My students need basic school supplies, like notebooks and pencils, to help them stay on track. They also need colored dry erase markers to help with differentiated instruction.

My Students

As an inner city Title I school, many of my students struggle to obtain the basic school supplies and needs for the classroom. They speak many different languages, learn in many different ways, and are on many different learning levels. Being able to differentiate instruction is key to learning. A supply of multi-colored white board markers to aid in this will help students identify mathematical steps. The pencils will help students keep notes as we progress through our curriculum during the year.

My Project

Having a supply of multicolored dry erase markers will help differentiate instruction. It will help students identify steps in math, whether it be solving algebraic equations or identifying order of operations to solve equations. Students need pencils and notebooks to help keep them on track and also to have the ability to take notes to study from.

These essential school supplies will help students on a daily basis.

As an inner city Title I school, many of our students can't afford the basic supplies necessary to excel in the classroom. This supply will help students overcome the lack of materials.
