This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We spend much of our learning time in flexible groups. This allows me to differentiate my teaching and ensure learning for all my students. For our groupings to rotate successfully throughout the day, we need supplies to enable & organize our materials & activities, and celebrate our work. The book pouches will hold self selected books from our classroom library for Readers Workshop and independent reading time.

By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student independence, you will ultimatley help to increase their academic achievement.
