This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

At the start of the school year, I always need a restock of school supplies for my students, but by March, we tend to start running out. We do a lot of arts and crafts activities in the beginning of the year, and I would love to have more tape dispensers, eraser caps, paper, and staplers available for them.

Many of my students rely on the school completely to provide supplies for them to use in their learning.

This also results in a responsibility placed on me as a teacher to provide materials for their classroom learning, such as pencils and eraser caps and erasers.
