School Supplies for the New Year!

Help me give my students markers, pencils, crayons, and stickers to replenish our school supplies for the new year.

My Students

I teach a diverse group of 25 kindergartners in a high poverty neighborhood. Every morning, my students enter our classroom with a lot of energy and an appetite for learning.

I can see their eyes quickly scan the room to see what exciting learning opportunities await.

I teach at one of the most diverse schools in the country.

I absolutely love it! My students come from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds, but they all love to learn and experience new things. As their teacher, it is my goal to motivate my students and teach the whole child.

All of my kindergartners come from a wide range of backgrounds, languages, and academic abilities. Many of them come from families living in poverty and face various challenges. I teach English learners and students with special needs such as autism, ADD, and ADHD. All of my students come to school every day excited to learn. They are a great group of kids who love school and love learning!

My Project

I would like to start 2020 with the basic classroom supplies essential in my class. As of now, we need new crayons, markers, and pencils! A lot of my markers and crayons have worn out due to heavy use. My kindergarteners use these supplies daily in all subject areas. They love to draw, color, and write. The new supplies will be wonderful to start the new year.

I would like to get new crayons, markers, pencils, and stickers to kick off the new year!

My kids will be so excited when they see their new supplies.

I believe that having basic school supplies is critical in school. Centers time is one of my students' favorite part of their day.

I would also like to get a variety of stickers to use as rewards and also use for projects. Thank you for your support!
