This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are a group of amazing kids who learn in all different ways.

The requested materials will help my students have a successful school year.

When I meet with students, we use lots of materials to help solidify their understanding of concepts. Pens, pencils, notepads, and sticky notes will help to create engaging and differentiated materials. For example, we might use sticky notes to create a collaboration of ideas surrounding an essential question about reading. We might use colorful pens to help practice annotation strategies. In addition to these materials, the other supplies requested will help create a learning environment where students have access to anything they may need throughout the year.
