School Supplies Are Nothing to Sneeze At

Help me give my students the tools to succeed in the ACTUAL classroom such as clipboards, easel pads and paper. They're returning to in person learning and will need the supplies to do so. Many of the families are still not working.

My Students

My incoming fifth and sixth-grade students are a vast assortment of personalities and talents. I have watched them grow over the past two years as the younger siblings of some of my past students. Most are developing readers who need more time building stamina through the use of longer reading passages as well exposure to a variety of characters and themes that allow them to make the connections to the text.

My Project

Post-Pandemic education is underway! The materials requested will make a difference in my students learning as it will help with the transition from remote/virtual learning to in-person learning. Because it is strongly recommended that students not share materials, it is a essential that I have ample supplies for those students in my classes whose families may or may not have had an opportunity to acquire items on the classroom supply list.

These materials will allow students to work as partners, small groups, or independently in various areas throughout the classroom - Reading Corner (reading), Imagination Generation (writing), and Think Tank (Discussion/Higher Order Thinking and Analysis).
