School Supplies and Books for Learning!

Help me give my students school supplies and books that will help them learn. These school supplies (markers, glue, crayons, etc.) will help them create projects and reinforce learning. The books will help them learn social-emotional skills and basic phonics skills.

My Students

My students are eager and willing to learn! They are happy, motivated, kind, and energetic! They are wonderful, sweet, kind kids. I love it when my students encourage each other “Don’t worry, maybe you can’t read yet, but soon you’ll get it!” They come from homes that support them and want to help them succeed. This community is very friendly and helps them build great social skills. My students are also very friendly and love to have adults and peers interact and work with them. Some of my students are struggling and need some extra resources to help them and help their families know how to help them read and be successful in their learning.

I want them to have every opportunity to be successful throughout their lives and give them access to those opportunities!

My Project

Students need more than one opportunity to learn. They need to be able to apply and reinforce the lessons teachers and families are teaching. They can't do this without proper supplies.

These supplies, like the glue, bandaids, folders, math tools, and books will provide more opportunities for success, growth, and safety.

My students are lacking access to the supplies they need. We need more glue, markers, and crayons for them to continue to create and share their learning with the world.

Students also have questions about how to interact with others. Picture books often help kids gain an understanding of their peers and how to interact with them. These books will provide access to social-emotional learning and experiences that many haven't had in the last few years. By using picture books we will be able to have discussions and lessons where they can feel safe learning what to do in a variety of situations and with a variety of feelings. When kids know how to process different emotions and interactions they are successful in other areas of learning as well.
