My Project

This project will support replenishing our classroom stash of card games. The ones we currently have are missing cards and are worn down. Your support would mean a lot to us!

Card games promote positive social interactions and builds community.

The class I teach focuses a lot on relational capacity. This is the connection among individuals that develops over time when interactions are built on respect, trust, and authenticity. When educators connect with students and colleagues, and students connect with peers, learning and confidence are activated among all on a campus. These connections are instrumental in helping students grow to see their capabilities and find their own way.

We are constantly doing team building activities and implement Family Friday day. The cards are an excellent way to promote that family atmosphere!
