My Project

Scholastic News is a resource I have used in the past to bring current events and informational texts into the classroom. The students love to read and learn about what is going on and watch interesting videos. The reading and writing resources provided with the texts are engaging and fun. These texts provide information for students to do independently and to stay interested in different topics.

Due to funding, we are unable to get this resource for my classroom and I would love to continue to give them access to high interest reading passages daily.
