Help me give my students the opportunity to learn about current events. I want my students to read about things that are happening in the world to give them a global perspective.

My Project

I want to provide my students with Scholastic News, so they can broaden their horizons. Third-grade students seem to think the world ends outside of their town, so providing them with fun and engaging materials that also give them a global perspective will help make model citizens.

I already know how I will use these in my classroom, and they will not go to waste.

I want to give my students the opportunity to use their ELA knowledge to understand nonfiction texts.

The topics and graphics are also very interesting! Not only will the students be engaged, but they are learning without feeling like they are learning.
