This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My bilingual students are eager to learn every day and excited to work in collaborative groups. They find joy in the little things and appreciate living in a country where children are valued and encouraged.

Not only are they excited to learn from me, their teacher, but they eagerly help one other reach new heights when working with their collaborative groups.

Each day, they do their best to match my high expectations for them. They inspire me with their drive and dedication at such a young age.

My Project

The Scholastic Magazines will help students to stay in touch with what is going on in the world in a student-friendly manner. Scholastic Magazines are a unique reading experience for students and provide information and social and emotional learning. In addition, these Scholastic Magazines will allow me to teach Social Studies in a more fluid manner. I know that my students will truly enjoy reading Scholastic Magazines this school year. The best part about this subscription is that students will have their own individual copies to enjoy in school and at home.
