I teach in a school where we often have kids coming into third grade reading significantly below grade level...on a kindergarten or \"just beginning\" level. Our district does not provide resources to \"upper grades\" that are on that level, so students who cannot read any of our daily work, or even anything in the classroom library feel left out. I have several students that have been working through the beginning blends books that I asked for, and you provided. They are growing in confidence and finally working at reading time. When thing are so far beyond what they know, they were shutting down. But now they are asking for other books from the set!\r\n I have also been able to have reading groups where those students can have \"real\" books in a set instead of just copies or print outs of paragraphs that align with a lower level curriculum. Being included gives them the confidence to try and fail, and try again, and that's where real learning happens!! Thank you so very much!","fullyFundedDate":1555439313684,"projectUrl":"project/seating-for-students-wiggle-while-you-l/3848089/","projectTitle":"Seating for Students, Wiggle While You Learn!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Greenman","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp6166572_orig.jpg?crop=704,704,x177,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1750888600144","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/a-greenman1c"},{"teacherId":7412951,"projectId":9722517,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for contributing to our classroom success.
