My Project

A Scholastic magazine subscription and books for our classroom library will allow students to see how their learning can be applied to the real world. My students will use these materials at school and at home. Students will be encouraged to read and reflect on topics addressed and challenged to find an issue in their own community that they want to help solve.

I hope to inspire students to discover their passion and research careers that they may want to pursue in the future.

My students love to read current events and books about people and characters that they relate to. I know that they will look forward to receiving a new magazine each month and the editions to our classroom library!
