P.S. 56 Queens is a Title I school with a student body of approximately 70% eligible for free lunch. Our school had the good fortune to be rewired for Internet connectivity and we recently changed over to Dells. Students help to create educational web sites and love to showcase their illustration skills with their writing. We love to showcase them, too -- on the web! Everyone wants to create digital drawings so a scanner would be the perfect solution. Scan student work and post it on the web along with their compositions, essays and stories! Three scanners would be perfect for the three teachers working collaboratively on our project. Because this is ongoing, we don't have an expire date, but would love the opportunity to begin the year using the scanners. Thank you!!
