My Students
My classroom is a kindergarten classroom in a Title I district. We currently have 30 students. My students are hands-on learners, but they love to use all of their senses to explore in the classroom. They love centers and to work in groups.
My school is big on engaging children in inquiry-based learning and allowing them to move around the room to provide a move individualized education.
We are energetic and need the use of our multiple learning styles to maintain focus.
My Project
Have you ever been the student who knew the answers to your teachers questions but you were too soft spoken to speak in front of the class? By obtaining this wireless microphone my students can speak loud and clear in front of their teacher and peers. We can also use it for oral read alouds. The bluetooth speaker is to enhance the sound even more throughout the classroom. I believe better sound will translate into better learning. This wireless microphone will assist students who have mild to moderate hearing loss. The system will also do wonders for my saving my voice!
