Our school serves students in grades Pre-K to 5th grade. We live in a rural area in the upstate of South Carolina. We provide rigorous academics, fantastic and dedicated teachers, and a safe learning environment. I like to provide opportunities for my wonderful students to learn through various means.

My Project
A digital camera is a fun and simple way to capture memories throughout the year to share with parents and family. It provides students with the opportunity to capture their learning as an image. Students love seeing themselves in photos throughout the classroom and on display in the hallway.
A digital camera is a fun and simple way to incorporate technology and transform learning in the classroom.
I would love to use these pictures to send as postcards to parents to brag on their child or to celebrate completed work. A digital camera would be great for collecting work for students' end of year portfolios that they bring home to show parents how much they have grown academically over the school year. Family, friends and students would enjoy seeing the school year captured through photos during our moving up celebration!
