This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Books are a hot commodity in our classroom these days! I would love to fill our classroom library with books that the students love to read independently and are readily available.
All of the books that were chosen were chosen with care as I have noticed that these are books that are popular and always checked out from the school library.
Hence, sometimes my students cannot get their hands on them.
I'd love for my students to have a place in my classroom to go to so that they have access to books that are near and dear to them. With these new books, my students will be able to choose from a variety of books that will allow them to read independently at their own grade level.
We are also requesting film for a class camera so that we can photograph the last few memories that we have left of 3rd grade.
