My Project

This school year, I would like to introduce photography as a tool for learning, creating, and communicating in the classroom. Using images to tell and retell stories, writing and shoot stop motion animation stories, studying light and shadow, creating portraits that support social emotional understanding, documenting the first grade experience...

Photography is a way for all students to participate regardless of their individual strengths and challenges.

Your generous donation will help us secure five kid-friendly digital cameras and enough frames for every student to display their photography in the classroom exhibit.
