Help me give my students a recycling center. A place in the classroom that they can organize bottles cans and papers to bring to the appropriate local recycling centers.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Earth Day is just around the corner! Our class has been discussing ways to make the earth a better place. One way we came up with was creating a recycling center in our classroom. The students will help sort and recycle the items at the local recycling center when the baskets are full. Around desks will help us keep Our area organized and clean. The colorful bins will help keep the different items separated. My goal is to help the students see that even the smallest actions can make the world a better place!
