Help me give my students the storage they need for the new Active and Healthy Program equipment we are receiving to help kids be active and work together during recess.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year our school is able to implement the great Active and Healthy Program at our schools recesses. This is when a person is out at recess running all different activities and stations with the kids helping them be more active and having fun at recess. They will use all the new equipment to teach them fun games, challenges and how to cooperate and work with others to keep them active during recess.
We need a place on the playground to store all this new equipment so the students can use it for many years to come.
We have run out of space in our small school building and need a strong and durable storage shed near the playground to keep it from being damaged, stolen or taken. We also need it easily accessible since the equipment inside will be used and accesses daily.
The kids are so excited for the program and all its activities we want to make sure we maintain the quality of the equipment and the quantity by storing it safely and properly. A shed is the best solution for this problem.
