Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
There is nothing more satisfying, for both teachers and the environment, than making something one time and being able to use it for years to come. With laminating pouches and months of colored and black ink, my students will have the resources they need for the entire year.
Smaller versions of charts and graphic organizers are essential to my room of special needs learners who need frequent reminders and visual support!
This year I am embarking on a new learning tool for my students, a sound wall. My hope is that our sound wall will be the tool that breaks the code for reading and writing for my struggling learners. To make the sound wall a success, I must print, laminate cards, and adhere magnets onto the back of the cards for use on our magnet wall. All of the items in this project will make this learning tool one step closer to helping my struggling learners, who are grade levels behind!
