Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classroom is bright and cheerful - difficult to achieve in a mostly grey building. Students like visiting the room. I use flexible seating and incentives to win over my students' engagement. This fundraiser will help bring more of those to them.
Comfy Corners & Tasty Treats!
The saucer chairs and shag rugs will allow for comfy corners and fluffy floor spaces. The candy will be given out as prizes for participation in classroom games or activities. It is also an incentive to put away their cell phones in our "phone vault".
