My students need sand trays and sand so that they can practice letter formation using different techniques.

My Students

Every day that passes, is another day that my students are not reading yet because of the difficulties they face in learning to read.

My students are amazing first graders that need to learn in a variety of ways.

They are energetic and happy students who love to learn new things. However, many of them are struggling with learning their letters. The school itself is a small, public school that does not receive enough support to help provide extra special accommodations for those in extra special need.

My Project

Using the technique of sand trays in my class will be a wonderful learning experience for my beautiful, young learners. They look forward to learning and enjoy class to the fullest. I have a select few students who are dramatically suffering in class because of their learning disabilities. Sand trays will allow students to touch and see how letters are formed in a interesting way.

By supporting my cause, you will be directly helping a child by leading them in the first step to reading - learning their letters.
