Help me give my students a classroom set of safety goggles for science experiments.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Martin's classroom raised $301

My Students
My students come from mixed backgrounds of single-parent, traditional family, mixed family, and foster or grandparent care. Common to all is the desire to be given the opportunity to explore and discover critical-thinking skills needed as they transition from being the students of today to the leaders of tomorrow. My students are ambitious, kind and ready to learn cross-cutting science and engineering concepts. Your donation will provide resources for them. We are currently working with our new Science and Engineering 3D standards and utilizing the 5E model (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate and Evaluate).
My Project
My class needs to take safety seriously in the classroom. We are in a need of a classroom set of safety goggles. I will store and care for these safety goggles each and every year and they will be passed on to several years of classes in need of science demonstrations. My students love hands-on activities and we need these materials to complete hands-on chemistry experiments. Your donation will be appreciated by my classes. We will be making slime, milk based casein, gel worms, dry ice experiments and much more. I would like to have my own classroom set so that I can keep them clean and in desirable condition.
