My Students

Our 4th grade students are hard working and eager to learn. Our school is a Title I school, with many of our students receiving free and reduced lunches, intervention services, and/or English Language services to help them be successful in the classroom.

We work each day to provide not only a quality education, but to also provide a safe and loving environment for students to grow.

Staff and students work together as a team to provide individual care within our school community. We believe that all students deserve a happy, clean, safe, and healthy environment in which to grow and learn.

Safety bags filled with essential safety items provide comfort during potential emergencies. Lock downs, inclement weather, and other emergency situations create stressful situations no child should have to endure.

We are wanting to provide safety and comfort, so that students are well cared for and nurtured given any circumstances.

Flashlights, medical supplies, and door stoppers just to name a few of the items will ensure meeting students' safety.

My Project

My school project involves trying to acquire needed emergency resources for my school. I work at a Title I school in a low socioeconomic area in North Georgia.

If my project is fully funded, I will be able to provide First Aid Kits and Door Jammers for my school.

We have chosen the Door Jammer Portable Door Lock Brace for security and personal protection. These door jammers will secure classroom doors during emergency lock down events.

The chosen first aid kit, a First Aid Only American Red Cross Deluxe Personal Safety Emergency Pack will provide teachers with first aid supplies for numerous students during an emergency situation.

Teachers will have the needed emergency supplies in case of emergency within our school.
