Safer and Comfier Chairs

Help me give my students newer, safer, and sturdier chairs. The chairs that I have in my classroom are old, some are missing the bottom part of the legs which makes them wobbly. Some chairs are broken.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have been in room 7 for twelve years. The chairs were already older and a bit worn out.

I have had to throw away about 4 chairs this year due to the lack of safety.

The legs are made of metal and the seat is plastic. Two chairs had a broken seat which caused a student's dress to get caught and damaged.

Another chair's leg lost the bottom stabilizer part and the chair continued to be a distraction (too wobbly.) I continue to find that my students are having trouble staking them because I realize they are all different styles and sizes.

I want to get these sturdy, safer, and plastic chairs because my students have been struggling with these older chairs all year.
