COVID-19 has negatively impacted the way my kindergarteners learned this year. Not being able to share their learning tools due to concerns of spreading this nasty virus and lack of individual storage space has diminished their opportunities to learn through group based learning centers. Working in group based learning centers enables my students to learn through play, share ideas, problem solve together and most importantly provide the necessary socialization that my kindergarteners need to thrive socially and emotionally.
By donating to this project you will be giving my students an opportunity to participate in group based learning.
They will have a safe and efficient way to store and organize their centers. Cubbies will also serve as a quarantine area for when centers need to be switched out. Students will have their own cubby to access without the help of the teacher therefore increasing their center learning time and time for socializing!
