My Project

I am seeking items to expand my calm corner/safe space. I am resource teacher for students in special education. My calm corner gets used frequently throughout the day as a safe space to reset.

I am looking to make our space more cozy and calm as well as add more items, such as the bean bag chair, in to help with the students sensory needs.

The items requested would give my students the opportunity to continue to have a comfortable safe space to regulate their emotions.

I have the honor of being a safe person in these incredible students lives! They are all so unique and special.

Before we can learn, we must feel safe!
