My Project

A safe space for kids is very important because kids need somewhere to go when they feel sad, mad, tired, etc. What is a safe space? A safe space is a spot in your classroom that a kid can go to when they need a break. Just like adults, kids need time to have a space away from everyone so they can redirect and be able to join the rest of the class. Also, having a fidget toy can also calm them and bring them back and also may get their wiggles out.
