My Project

My students are smart, funny, and sensory seeking! They have so much potential and a bright future, but their learning style is a little different compared to some of their peers. This is perfectly fine, but I want to help my students feel safe and reach their full potential! In order for them to feel safe and regulate their emotions sometimes they need time alone or sensory items to help calm down.

I believe a sensory room would allow my students to reach their full potential by having a safe space that meets all of their sensory needs.

The time in a room with nothing but sensory items such as liquid sensory tiles will help them meet their sensory needs and continue to learn! I want my students to feel accepted, safe, and happy about learning!
