This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In middle school, our female students are going through normal teenager body changes. Some of our students may not have the resources to purchase sanitary napkins and deodorant or may not feel comfortable asking their male family members to buy it for them. Many students have complained that the school provided resources do not feel good and do not like to use them.
I am requesting sanitary pads and deodorant for our female population so that they are always feeling fresh and clean when the time comes.
My goal is to make sure they are feeling good enough to attend school and it is the least of their worries.
