My Project

Our school is a Title I school and many of our students have limited resources. Our students work hard in everything that they do and always give one hundred percent effort. Given an opportunity and a little bit of help can make an everlasting impact on their lives.

Our funding for our school softball team is limited and much of our equipment is old, worn out, and needs replaced.

In order to compete with the larger schools in our conference, we need adequate equipment so that we can practice and be competitive.

Our softball team does not receive as much funding as the other sports unfortunately, but we have an amazing team and dedicated coaches and parents that are willing to sacrifice time to improve their game.

The players need additional equipment to help them be more competitive with the larger schools in our area that have more funding. They need practice balls for the pitching machine so that they can get ready to face talented pitchers in their league. Some of the players struggle at the plate, so batting practice equipment will help players not only hit better and more often, but their overall confidence will improve. The nets and practice balls will allow the coaches to set up various stations with drills so that they players are constantly working during practice.
