This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are amazing kids! They ALL deserve to be in a classroom full of current and challenging curriculum with access to hands-on manipulatives. Most students may not be able to ensure they have access to their own supplies to reduce the possible spread of any contagion

Most of my students are eligible for free or reduced lunch.

They work hard every day to reach their goals. Most of these students are extremely high needs when it comes to emotional issues and academic restraints.

Being able to provide all students with their own supplies; both academic and sanitary supplies is very important to me to reduce any possible cross-contamination of germs.

Please help bring my kiddos back into the classroom safely!

My Project

As our students get ready to return to school in person, it's going to be VERY important that we provide a clean and healthy environment for them as well as the teachers.

My school is a Title I School.

Therefore, many parents would not be able to donate to their child's classroom teacher at the start of school. These everyday cleaning items like hand sanitizers, disinfectant spray, tissues as well as masks and the air purifiers will help give my students extra protection they would otherwise not have without your donation. Each table area will get a storage bin with these items in it to help stop the spread of germs. I would like to give other parents some sort of peace of mind when students return to school, whenever that may be.
