Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are an awesome 6th-12th grade school here in Oakland California!

Room 21 is a safe space for anyone to come in work, talk, or simply use the space to destress!

We predominantly have the space for our lovely, energetic middle schoolers who are IEP students, who we support them on their classwork and assignments.

Room 21 has always been a space were students can come and talk to an adult if they are feeling overwhelmed, sad, or just needing to vent. Everyone is welcomed to walk into here and use the space when they need it.

Our mission is to create a "cozy corner" and create a makeover for Room 21! Where its vibrant and affirmation posters on the wall and make it cozy to whoever needs a break by laying on the bean bag and holding a fidget!

Our students work so hard everyday, they push themselves beyond the sky's limit! They deserve this. Thank you for your donations.
