My Project

My 3K classroom is full of bright, energetic little learners who come to school every day ready to explore, imagine, and discover. They are curious, creative, and full of questions—always asking things like, “What happens if I try this?” or “Can I make it go faster?” Watching their excitement as they test ideas through play is one of the best parts of my day. Right now, we’re studying balls and how they move. The children have been rolling, bouncing, and comparing all kinds of balls to see what they can do.

To bring our study to life, we’d love to add Toobz to our classroom - flexible tubes that use air to send balls zooming through the pathways the children design.

Along with the Toobz, we’ll explore different types of balls like ping-pong balls, yarn balls, and even tiny erasers shaped like balls. We’ll also read books about movement and play, helping students connect what they see in stories to what they’re creating with their hands. These materials will turn our classroom into a playful STEM lab where every roll, bounce, and whoosh sparks new learning. My students will experiment, make predictions, and solve problems as they learn how things move. Most importantly, they’ll experience the joy of learning through play.
